FINAL SERIES OF 2017
The Urban Knights are continuing to steamroll through their competition, now having taken three out of four games in both of their last two series. Over the past weekend, ART U took three games from Fresno Pacific to overtake the Sunbirds for sixth-place in the PacWest. Academy of Art will now welcome in Point Loma for their final series of the 2017 season. The two teams will face off with doubleheaders on April 28 and 29. SENIOR DAY
Saturday will mark the final games in an Urban Knight uniform for six seniors including:
Brett Bovee,
Jacob Green,
Cameron Jones,
Alexander Kuisel,
Josh Lopez, and
Erick Luna. There will be an on-field ceremony before Saturday's doubleheader where the six will be honored for their contributions to the program over the years.

SEA LIONS IN FIFTH
Point Loma heads to the Bay Area for the second-to-last series of their 2017 campaign. The Sea Lions are currently 25-16 overall, 16-12 in conference, and sit just in front of the Urban Knights in the PacWest standings. With four players batting over the .300 mark, Ryan Garcia leads the way with a .357 batting average. Garcia is at the top of the conference with 35 walks and is third in home runs (12), slugging percentage (.714), and on-base percentage (.500).

LOOKING BACK: ART U TAKES SERIES WITH EXTRA-INNING WIN
April 22 - Academy of Art took a 2-1 series lead into game four on Saturday after sweeping Friday's doubleheader and the Urban Knights looked strong once again: ART U came from behind twice to win their second-consecutive extra-innings matchup after throwing out the winning run at the plate in the bottom of the ninth.
