Biography

2016: In his first season at ART U, Jones tied for the second-most triples on the team...played in 37 contests while making 29 starts...in 102 at-bats, produced 19 hits including four runs batted in, two doubles, and two triples.

Santa Barbara City College: Jones played for Santa Barbara City College for two years, including being a part of the Vaqueros' Western State Conference North Division title and trip to the California Community College Athletic Association section finals in the spring of 2015...was never charged with an error in 25 chances, stole nine bases, recorded eight extra-base hits and had close to a .400 on-base percentage.

High School: The two-time team captain played baseball at Righetti High School and graduated in 2013...his senior year, the Warriors had a 22-7 record, a Pac 7 League title, and made it into the California Interscholastic Federation Southern Section Division II tournament...earned a Pac 7 All-League 1st team nod, was offensive player of the year, and was named to the Pac 7 All Star Game in 2013....

Personal: Was born August 2, 1995...was also part of the California Wahoos from 2009-2013 and the Santa Barbara Grizzlies during the summer of 2013...only child to Cameron W. Jones Jr. and Honey Hoe.
