IRVINE, Calif. -- Highlighting a busy weekend in Southern California, Mobolade Ajomale, Hannah Hensley, and Marion Presigny each posted impressive marks to earn Pacific West Conference weekly awards. Ajomale's second PacWest Men's Track Athlete of the Week honor came in the wake of his 200m season-best at the Mt. SAC Relays while Hensley became a NCAA Division II automatic qualifier in the high jump for her second PacWest Women's Field Athlete of the Week and, with three provisional standards met, Marion Presigny was named PacWest Women's Track Athlete of the Week. The awards are based on competition from April 10-16.

Ajomale continued to improve on his top times at the Mt. SAC Relays. He ran a season-best 20.85 in the 200m to take third overall behind Oregon and unattached runners. It is the third-fastest time in DII this season. He also ran the anchor on the 4x400m relay team, which ran the third-fastest time in ART U history (3:12.04) good for seventh in the nation as his second NCAA provisional of the weekend.

At the California Invitational, Hensley posted the seventh-highest score in the nation in the heptathlon with 5,049 points. Along the way, she delivered an automatic qualifier in the high jump, clearing 5-10 (1.78m). The height is tied for the best in DII this season.

Presigny delivered two individual NCAA provisional marks plus a third in the women's 4x400m relay over the weekend. She competed at two different locations on Apr. 14 (Mt. SAC Relays and Bryan Clay Invite) offering a 100m hurdles season-best 14.25 that put her now 30th in the country then added a 1:00.92 in the 400m hurdles for 17th in Division II. She was ninth out of 68 hurdlers in that second event and remains fourth all-time in program history. To cap the weekend, Presigny served as anchor in the 4x400m for a season-best 3:42.04 that is now fifth in the nation and third in ART U history.

This is the second PacWest weekly honor for both Ajomale (fourth in his career) and Hensley as well as the first in Presigny's career.
