PacWest Release

Phoenix, AZ – Closing out the season strong, junior forward Keith Davis was selected to the final PacWest Weekly Top 10 Honor Roll of the regular season. Davis scored a game-high 21 points in Academy of Art University's season finale and has now earned his tenth PacWest honor this year. The selections were announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ, on Monday, Mar. 7, for games contested on Feb. 28-Mar. 6.

Davis had a major hand in the Urban Knights' strong start against Notre Dame de Namur on Mar. 3. He put in the first ART U bucket of the game and then made a jumper during Academy of Art's 7-2 burst early on.

The junior forward dished out two assists in the second half while coming out of the gate and draining a triple on a Knights fast break in the opening minute. Davis balanced his points over the first and second periods with 11 to start and 10 in the second half.

As he has done all season, Davis scored his game-high 21 points in a variety of ways. The junior forward was solid from the foul line, going 5-for-6 (83.3%) and he also knocked down a pair of 3-pointers in five attempts (40.0%). In addition, the Long Beach, CA native collected five rebounds and two assists in the game.

A PacWest Weekly Honor Roll recipient for the final four weeks of the season, Davis takes home his tenth selection in his first year with ART U.
