"With team success comes individual accolades," said ART U Head Coach Scott Waterman. "I am proud of Isaiah, Quintin, and Rodney for their accomplishments this season and over the course of their ART U careers."

Senior forward Isaiah Williams has received his first career All-PacWest award after being named to the Second Team on Wednesday afternoon. This season, Williams averaged 13.8 points per game (top-10 in PacWest), while he consistently contributed offensively and defensively, including 23 double-digit scoring efforts while averaging the fifth-most steals per game (2.0) and 12th-most blocks per game (0.9) in the PacWest. On Jan. 6, the Communication & Media Technologies major's defense presence was at its peak, after he locked up a PacWest Defender of the Week honor.

The Oklahoma City native showed off his abilities in a big way on both sides of the floor throughout the season, as his Defender of the Week award contained four steals and four blocks en route to a win over Biola on Jan. 2, while he added on six more steals against Point Loma on Jan. 4 (career-high). Offensively, Williams took off against Menlo on Feb. 8 with another Rodney Munsoncareer-high of 26 points against the Oaks.

Joining Williams on the 2045-25 All-PacWest Second Team is senior guard Rodney Munson, who delivered multiple displays of quality contributions towards the team's success throughout the season as he added 12.2 points per game across 28 appearances, and displayed his skillset as a solid playmaker. Averaging 2.9 assists per game (top-10 in PacWest), his season-high in came on Jan. 8, with nine assists against Jessup.

The native of New Orleans showed time and time again what he is capable of from beyond the arc as well, continuously knocking down buckets from long range, including a 5-for-7 performance from three-point distance against Menlo on Jan. 25, while he shares the same career-high as Williams with his 26 points against Vanguard this season on Dec. 5. Munson shared the court with his teammates this season, the most out of all members of ART U, as he played 32.6 minutes per game (top-10 in PacWest).

Quintin MetcalfThe third member of ART U who has received postseason honors for the Knights is senior forward Quintin Metcalf, who has been named a member of the 2023-24 All-PacWest Third Team. A two-time PacWest Player of the Week this season on Dec. 2 and Dec. 23, Metcalf showed off an impressive combination of scoring, rebounding, and defense this season, which made him a key figure for his team. The native of Wurzburg, Germany averaged 10.5 points, 7.2 rebounds, 1.6 steals, and 1.5 blocks to rank among leaders of the conference in multiple categories (second in blocks, fourth in rebounding).

A force in the paint, Metcalf's season-high came on Jan. 2 at Biola, where he grabbed 13 rebounds, as he additionally tacked on four double-doubles throughout the season. Metcalf's ability to contribute both offensively and defensively on the boards helped his team control the glass, leading the team in rebounding and contributing to out-boarding their opponents on 14 occasions.

This is the third consecutive year that three Urban Knights have been named to an All-PacWest Team and eighth straight year with at least one. This is also Munson's second All-PacWest Team award after receiving a Third Team honor last year on Mar. 6.
