Final Results

Olympia, WA -- The Urban Knights completed the two-day Saint Martin's Invitational on Saturday with a score of 614 and 12th place out of 19 teams in the fall competition. Junior Matt Garcia improved on his result from the first day and wound up in a tie for ninth place to lead Academy of Art University with a score of 147. With its finish, AAU bested Pacific West Conference foes University of Hawaii Hilo and Dominican University.

Sophomore Stuart Favretto, who had the top finish for the Knights on the first day, fell slightly in the results and took home a tie for 20th place with his 149 score. The second best score for the Urban Knights on the second day was junior Erik Majzner who posted a 73 and finished in a tie for 36th overall. Senior Dave Carney was the final Academy of Art University competitor with a score of 167 and was tied for 91st place.

AAU men's golf continues its four-tournament fall season with a trip to Chico, CA for the Chico State University Tournament beginning on Oct. 11.
