Senior forward Jonathan Burnett made a major contribution in the Urban Knights' Dec. 12 contest against Western Washington. With his first double-double (17 points and 11 rebounds) of the season, Burnett was just one point and one rebound shy of his respective career-highs set versus BYU-Hawaii on Mar. 4, 2010.
A three-point play by the senior forward capped a 12-2 ART U run to open the game against WWU. In the first half, Burnett was 7-for-8 shooting from the floor, totaling 15 points and eight rebounds by the break. The Rock Island, IL native also had a key layup, cutting the Vikings' lead to three points late in the game.
