HOME AT LAST
Academy of Art returns to the Bay Area for their first full home series in over a month. They will begin their two-series homestand with a four-game set against UH Hilo over the weekend. The first night of the series will feature an ART U Beanie and pizza giveaway to the first 250 fans.

The series will consist of a single game, a doubleheader, and then another single contest beginning on Saturday, April 21 at 6:00 p.m.

KNOTABLE KNIGHTS
Junior
Angel Mora has continued to play well on both sides of the ball, touting the highest batting average on the team (.333) and he has a 4-0 record in seven starts with a 3.71 earned run average. Senior right-hander
Chris Rost has been ART U's strongest reliever to this point, posting a 2.45 ERA in nine appearances. In 25.2 innings pitched, Rost has struck out 31 batters and has walked just six. Â

VULCANS SEARCHING FOR FIRST PACWEST SERIES VICTORY
In their seven conference series thus far, UH Hilo has yet to take three out of four from a PacWest opponent, despite coming close with three splits. The Vulcans most recently hosted Concordia and they split with the Eagles two games apiece. Both Steering Phillip and Kyle Yamada are tied for the team-lead with a .314 batting average although Steering is the team's biggest power threat with seven home runs, eight doubles, and two triples (.593 slugging percentage).

Chris Petrosie was nearly untouchable in game two, retiring 16-consecutive Sea Lions at one-point, and pitched all the way into extra innings. However, Point Loma came away with their second extra-innings win of the series, two wins on the day, and ultimately, the series sweep.
