BOBCATS GET FIRST WIN OF 2017
After going 0-2-1 to begin the fall, NAIA UC Merced earned their first victory of the season on Labor Day against Oregon Institute of Technology. PREVIOUS MATCH: ART U, MOUNTAINEERS STAY KNOTTED AFTER 2 OTs
Sept. 2 - After dropping the season opener, Academy of Art women's soccer refused to return home without some sense of triumph. Although Saturday's match between ART U and Western Oregon resulted in a tie, the Urban Knights' defense remained stout against their inter-conference foe from the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference. Furthermore, their strong offensive effort nearly secured the victory.
LOOKING AHEAD
After facing off with UC Merced, Academy of Art will head to SF State on September 13 for their final non-conference match.
