Rabah Houali offered a memorable Academy of Art University track & field debut with a new program record in the 800m at the University of Washington Indoor Preview on Jan. 13.

Up against the likes of Olympic bronze medalist Clayton Murphy, Houali turned in a memorable performance, going 1:53.09 for the NCAA Division II Nationals provisional and one of the country's top 10 marks thus far. He bettered the program record by more than half a second and finished in second place of 21 in the meet itself.
