Avica Robings began as a volunteer for Academy of Art women’s soccer in September 2023.

In Robings' debut season on the coaching staff at ART U, the new-look Knights saw themselves with their best marks in recent years in numerous statistical categories. All being the most since 2019, ART U tallied their highest point total as a team (26), had the most goal scorers (6), and shot their highest percentage on goal (.477). Robings also helped lead the squad to the conference-high in total saves (144) while Kayla Hampton led individually with 83 total and 7.55 per match. In addition, Robings assisted the team off the field as well with 17 members of the squad being inducted to the 2023-24 Academic All-PacWest Team, a number that is tied for the second-most in program history.

A five-time Academic All-PacWest honoree in her career with Academy of Art, Robings was one of ART U’s most durable and reliable midfielders. She ranks third in program history with 71 career matches played, starting 65 of those contests (sixth-most among Urban Knights), and totaled 5,200 minutes on the pitch (eighth in ART U history). She scored five goals and added one assist, posting at least one point in each of her five seasons.

Robings earned her bachelor's degree in Art Education from Academy of Art in 2023.
