Previous Experience: Played both libero and outside hitter for Tolman High School ... was named a team captain in 2012 ... Was named to the RIVCA All-League Division II North Third Team in 2010, progressed to the Second Team in 2011, and finally made the First Team in 2012 ... was named to the RIVCA All-Star Division II Game in 2011 & 2012 ... also swam for two years for Tolman.
Personal: Mejias was born October 23, 1995 in Venezuela ... parents are Emilia Perez and Oscar Mejias ... has one sister, Lissa ... says her biggest athletic thrill was earning a school banner and making team history ... Animation & Visual Effects major.
