Academy of Art University Athletics

Tashawn Fonteneaux started as a team manager with Academy of Art University men's basketball in September 2021.
 
Fonteneaux was born in Würzburg, Germany and is from Fayetteville, North Carolina. He graduated from Massey Hill Classical High School, but played varsity basketball for New Life Christian Academy from 2017-2019. In the 2017-2018 season, Fonteneaux was able to help his team win in the NACA Tournament to win States and Nationals. 
 
Fonteneaux is currently working on his bachelor's degree in Fine Art Drawing and Painting at Academy of Art University.
