Keena Turner

Keena Turner

Keena Turner is a former San Francisco 49er linebacker who played in the NFL for 11 seasons (1980-1990). He earned 1984 Pro Bowl honors in addition to winning four Super Bowl Championships with the Niners. In 153 games played over his career, Turner registered 19.5 sacks and 11 interceptions.

Turner was born in Chicago, Illinois and attended Purdue University prior to being drafted by the Miami Dolphins in 1980. Upon retiring after 1990, Turner became a television co-host for 49er preseason games. He has stayed with the organization even to this day and works as the Niners' Vice President of Football Affairs.

Turner and his wife, Linda, live with their three children, Sheena, Miles, and Ella, in Tracy, CA.
