2017: Posted an indoor personal record in the 60m (8:01) at the UW Open then outdoor personal bests in the 200m (27.93) and long jump (5.35m) at the SF State Distance Carnival ... added season-bests in the indoor long jump (5.11m) and triple jump (11.15m) at the UW Open then outdoor season-bests in the 100m (12.82) at the Hornet Invite and triple jump (11.12m) at the Stanford Cardinal Classic.

2015: Posted personal records in the indoor 60m (8.05) and the indoor triple jump (10.83m) at the Nebraska Tune-Up, the outdoor 100m (12.38) at the Kim Duyst Invitational, the outdoor long jump (5.12m) at the Brutus Hamilton Open, and the outdoor triple jump (11.38m) at the Hornet Invitational ... offered a season-best in the indoor long jump (4.91m) at the UAB Blazer Invitational.

High School: Muhammad was a four-year letter winner in track & field, basketball, and cheer at La Jolla Country Day School ...
