2012-13: Shamsud-din concluded his career starting 24 of 25 games for the Urban Knights ... played in a career-record 37.3 minutes per game and averaged 16.4 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game ... scored over 20 points six times this year, putting up a season-high 27 points in the season opener ... pulled down a season-high seven rebounds three different times ... dished out a season-high seven assists against NDNU on February 23 ... shot at a .434 clip from the field, .358 from beyond the arc ... was held under 10 points only four times on the year ... set the all-time record for scoring with 876 points over two years.

2011-12: Shamsud-din burst onto the scene for the Knights as the only player to play and start all 28 games...led the Urban Knights in scoring with 16.6 ppg, which was also good enough for second in the PacWest...averaged 34.3 minutes per game...shot 40% from the field and 37% from three-point range...averaged 3.9 rpg and 2.75 apg...broke double-digits in all but five games...broke the 20-point barrier eight times...scored a season-high 32 points against UC San Diego (Nov. 19)...scored 28 points and dished out a season-high eight assists against Dixie State (Jan. 3)...set the ART U single-season records for points scored with 466. 

Career: Shamsud-din has experience at the Division I level (at Cal State Fullerton) and the junior college circuit (North Idaho) ... was a four-year letterwinner at Benson High School ... named to the Second-Team All-PIL as a sophomore, and First-Team All-PIL as a junior and senior ... was named Top Ten at the All-American Camp All Star Game for basketball.
