PHOENIX, AZ -- Three seems to be a lucky number for the Academy of Art women's volleyball team, as they had three players make the PacWest Top Ten Honor Roll last week. Three showed up again this week as freshman Kawai Oleole made her third Honor Roll of the year for the week of Sept. 26-Oct. 1. The honor was announced by the PacWest Media Office in Phoenix, AZ on Monday. 

The Knights (5-6) only played one match, a 2-3 loss to Holy Names (CA), but Oleole's performance was too strong to pass unnoticed. The Academy of Art setter tied for third for the week in assist average (10.75), recorded 43 assists, and averaged 0.50 aces per set, good for sixth in the conference. Oleole ranks third in the conference in assist average (9.61) and is tied for second for overall assists (442). 

Oleole will have ample opportunity to improve those numbers this week, as the Urban Knights play four PacWest matches, facing Dixie State on Monday and Tuesday and Cal Baptist on Friday and Saturday.
