Graduate student outside hitter/right side Maya McClellan contributed in numerous ways toward Academy of Art volleyball's victory amid three matches this past week.

Beginning versus Hawaii Pacific on Oct. 4, the Interior Architecture & Design major led with a team-high 17 kills, adding 11 digs for her eighth double-double of the season. She was once again the Urban Knights' kills leader with eight as well as four blocks (one solo, three assisted) against No. 18 Chaminade the following evening on Oct. 5 and closed out the week with her ninth double-double (16 kills, 10 digs) plus three blocks (one solo, two assisted) in a four-set matchup with UH Hilo on Oct. 7.

For the week, McClellan averaged 13.7 kills, 8.3 digs, 2.3 blocks, and 1.0 service aces per contest, keeping her sixth in the Pacific West Conference in kills per set (3.52) and sixth in points per set (3.96) on the season.
