Rodericka Ware was named one of this week’s Urban Knights of the week after an impressive pair of games to open up to 2016-17 women’s basketball season.
 
Against Alaska, Ware led the team in both points (14) and assists (4) and tied for the most minutes played (32). The following night, she again paced the team in several categories against No. 10 Alaska Anchorage including: points (15), minutes (31), and steals (4). Ware’s four 3-pointers against UAA were also a team-high.
