At the Speedway Duals on Sept. 15, sophomore Chandler Johnson delivered another inspired performance, pushing for a second place finish down the stretch.

Contending with NCAA Division I St. Mary's and Sacramento State's top runner in the front of the pack for the duration of the 5.8k race, Johnson saved a strong kick to cross the line at 22:11, a second ahead of her primary competitor. It was the second consecutive race that Johnson led ART U.
