Senior guard Weleh Dennis achieved his season-high this past week when he scored 17 points off the bench in a 59-57 loss to Notre Dame de Namur on Feb. 13. Dennis not only bested his previous high by nine points, but he also did so with four 3-pointers made in the game. Dennis knocked down consecutive treys in two significant stretches during the contest. The first gave AAU a lead in the opening period and the second capped a 6-0 run which tied the game 48-48 with under four minutes to go. Dennis also added seven rebounds, two assists, and two steals.
