Sophomore infielder Samantha Klune was simply on fire in a two-game week for ART U softball. She hit .800 (4-for-5) with one home run, four runs batted in, and two runs scored in a split with NDNU on Apr. 8.

Klune opened the twinbill with a 3-for-3 game one performance that included a three-run homer (her third of the year) and two runs scored. The Long Beach native would drive in another in game two, ending it 1-for-2.

Klune finished the doubleheader slugging 1.400 with an on-base percentage of .667.
