Women’s Golf junior Crystal Wang was named Academy of Art’s Athlete of the Week after winning the California Baptist University Invitational on February 23.
 
Wang shot a 73 in the first round and followed with a 75 the following day to claim her first regular season title and first since capturing the NCAA Regional in 2015.
 
For her efforts, the La Jolla native was also awarded her first Pacific West Golfer of the Week award for the week of February 18-24.
