Senior Keanna Moody broke out for a school record as well as a NCAA Nationals auto-qualifier in the 400m dash in Seattle this past weekend.

Highlighting three days of action was her 54.48 in the 400m as part of Saturday's Husky Classic. It put her third in the country by Sunday and she became the first Urban Knight to run a sub-55.00 400m in the history of the program's indoor season.
Moody also helped ART U's 4x400m relay team get into the NCAA's top 10 with a season-best 3:47.89.
