In a week where Academy of Art University baseball knocked off Dixie State, the West Region's #8 team, for the second time this season, sophomore infielder Stefen Henderson belted the Urban Knights' first two home runs of the year. His first blast was a solo shot, coming in game one on Mar. 4 to lead off the seventh. Then, in ART U's 11-9 game two victory, Henderson doubled home a run during Academy of Art's biggest rally of the game in the third.
On day two of the series, the sophomore infielder went yard yet again to boost the Knights up 5-1 midway through. Henderson two-run shot to right field was his team-leading seventh extra-base hit of the season. The Vallejo, CA native completed the weekend series with two homers, a double, four RBIs, four runs scored, and four walks.
