Briana Stewart has been voted the track & field athlete of the week for her performance during the Urban Knights' opening weekend.

In the first event of the day Stewart jump started the competition with a third place finish in the 60 meter hurdles. Stewart's preliminary time of 8.59 advanced her to the final round, where she then shaved her time to 8.48 to take third.

Later in the day Stewart placed first in the triple jump with a mark of 39' 06".
