Representing Academy of Art track & field on the podium in the triple jump for the fourth consecutive season, Yacouba Gnacko delivered a third-place finish in the event at NCAA Division II Indoor Nationals.

Two attempts into the triple jump on Mar. 15 had Gnacko in the first position of the 17-competitor field after his 50-5.25 (15.37m) mark on his second try. That distance, his third-farthest of the season, kept him atop the list until the fifth jump from eventual National Champion Josh Body of Angelo State. Gnacko ended in third overall (second highest of his career) with his second attempt holding strong as he collected the ninth All-American honor of his career.
