2012: Elgin played in 99 games over all 26 matches for the Urban Knights ... led the Knights in hittin percentage with a .284 mark ... had the second-most kills with 222, averaging 2.24 per game ... also had 112 total blocks ... had a season-high 20 kills against UH Hilo on September 28 ... had 11 games with 10+ kills, including a four-game streak to end the year ... had a season-high nine blocks on September 21 against Azusa Pacific ... was named to the All-PacWest Third Team for her efforts.

Previous Experience: Saw time in one match last year for the California Golden Bears ... won three letters at Cathedral HS, two in volleyball and one in basketball ... helped lead her team to a CIF Division III State Championship as a junior and served as a captain in 2010 ... was honored by the San Diego Tribune as a 2010 All-Academic selection, and was a part of her high school's Academic League. 

Personal: Elgin was born in La Jolla, CA before moving to San Diego ... parents are Ellen and Rick Elgin ... has one brother, Patrick ... enjoys sleeping, travel, drawing, eating, cooking, and volleyball ... Animation & Visual Effects major.
