Lucia Revenga To Deepen 2023-24 Academy of Art Squad

Lucia RevengaSAN FRANCISCO – Further building his first recruiting class with the program, Academy of Art women's basketball Head Coach Jesse Clark and his staff have announced the signing of another talented student-athlete in guard Lucia Revenga (Madrid, Spain/Ortega Y Gasset).

"We are pleased that Lucia has been able to join our program," Clark said. "Her academic plan and basketball goals will fit in perfectly with what Academy of Art women's basketball stands for. Her experience and skillset will help our squad's versatility for the upcoming season."

Beyond serving as a team captain for three years while playing basketball at Ortega Y Gasset High School, Revenga was busy enjoying numerous postseason runs to state and national titles. After a National Championship as well as a runner-up finish with her Madrid State Team, she contributed to her Spain National Team's top result in the International Championship Tournament. Revenga also qualified to three Final Fours with Rivas.

Revenga enters the Academy of Art School of Advertising with the future goal of working as an event planner and marketing/campaign manager.
