KNIGHT WATCH
Kyla WandickRegistering nine or more steals in 13 of its 22 games played thus far, Academy of Art remains fourth in the PacWest in thefts per game (8.4) while adding the fifth-fewest points allowed per contest (61.8).

Leading NCAA Division II at 5.6 offensive rebounds per game coming into the week, sophomore forward/center Alisha Wilson is averaging the second-most rebounds per game in the country (14.5, first in ART U single-season history) behind only Central Washington's Samantha Bowman (14.8). The Communications & Media Technologies major adds 15.7 points per game (fourth in PacWest, seventh in ART U single-season history) which has led her to 15 double-doubles (ninth in NCAA DII). Already Academy of Art's career leader, double-doubles in each of Wilson's final three games this season would push her past the program's single-season record of 17 set by Krystal Forthan in 2013-14. Wilson is also second in the PacWest in field goal percentage (.527) as well as second in steals (2.5) and fifth in blocks (1.0) per game.

After scoring in double figures for the 14th time this season versus Dominican, sophomore guard Jadence Clifton owns the conference's 14th-highest scoring average at 11.9 points per game along with the 22nd spot in rebounds per game (5.2). She remains one of seven student-athletes in the conference averaging two or more steals per contest to go with 3.0 assists per game (10th in PacWest). Also coming off double-digit scoring efforts are the freshman guard tandem of Madison Johnson and Kyla Wandick with the former riding a streak of six straight games with a 3-pointer made and the latter shooting 50 percent (7-for-14) over her last two contests. Senior guard Lauryn Manns currently ranks third on the team at 8.6 points per game while sophomore forward/center Christy Ojide can be found at sixth in the PacWest in blocks per game (0.9) as well as 18th with 5.7 rebounds per contest.

REMEMBER THE NAMES
Holy Names' 79-50 loss to Academy of Art back on Dec. 30 came as part of the Hawks' 21-game losing streak which recently ended with a 66-63 victory over Chaminade on Feb. 12. Holy Names dropped a 90-58 result to Dominican this past Friday and is set for its penultimate contest of the season versus ART U. Leading the way for HNU offensively are Jayden Benitez (10.9 points per game) and Jazmine Soto (10.8 points per game) with the latter's 2.3 steals per contest just behind 2.4 for Dylan Benitez (both top five in PacWest) to fuel the team's 8.9 thefts per game (third in PacWest). Through 20 previous meetings, the Knights are 15-5 over the Hawks.

KNIGHTS SHARE SCORING LOAD, PENGUINS PUSH FOR 68-59 WIN
It was a rollercoaster ride of a game for Academy of Art women's basketball versus Dominican on Feb. 11 inside Walter Gleason Gym. After both leading by eight and trailing by seven in the second quarter, ART U cut the deficit to one midway through the fourth, but Dominican pulled away for the 68-59 Pacific West Conference victory despite four Urban Knights scoring in double figures and the team tying its second-highest assist total of the season (13).

LOOKING AHEAD
Just one more week of action remains in ART U's regular season as Senior Night is up first with the Knights hosting Fresno Pacific on Feb. 23 at 5 p.m. followed by a rematch at Dominican on Feb. 25 at 1 p.m.
