LA MIRADA, Calif. – Academy of Art women's soccer finished off their season out at Al Barbour Field down south as they faced off against the Eagles of Biola with a final score of 5-0 in the opponents' favor.

Without a shot from either squad until the 17th minute, the first attempt of the match found its way into the Urban Knight goal, as the Eagles' Briley Phelps knocked one in off her head from a corner sent in by Marije Rechin. Jordyn Provience would eventually extend the lead for the Eagles to bring the match to 2-0 in the 38th minute.

In the second half, Biola managed to score three more times with Phelps scoring once again from the penalty spot, with Serena Andrade and Chloe Laurin each adding a score of their own.

The Knights gained some momentum around the 58th minute when they received a corner kick. The pass was sent in with redshirt junior forward/midfielder Hannah Moore on the other end, striking it towards the Eagles' net, but ended up just wide right.

Freshman goalkeeper Kayla Hampton recorded five saves in the match, maintaining her lead over all Pacific West Conference goalkeepers with the highest average in saves per game (7.5).
