Christensen netted the first brace of her career during Academy of Art women's soccer 1-1 week, becoming the 12th Urban Knight in program history to do so when she scored the first two goals of the match against Lincoln University on Oct. 12, a 3-0 ART U victory. The first tally came in the 41st minute, as she finished off a low cross from freshman midfielder Danielle Medellin after Medellin had worked her way through the attacking area up the right side of the pitch. It was déjà vu to start the second frame, as Medellin sent a cross through the air to the waiting Christensen, who used her head to send the ball past the Lincoln goalkeeper.
