Slay led the entire PacWest in points last week with a total of 37, averaging 18.5 ppg in a 2-0 week in Southern California for the Urban Knights. During Thursday's 90-77 win over Concordia, Slay led all scorers with a season-high 24 points on the strength of 8-for-12 (66.7 percent), and followed that with another 13 points as the ART U held off Point Loma, 76-74. It was Slay that clinched the win over the Sea Lions, scoring the Knights final four points from the stripe and finishing the game 7-for-8 at the line. Additionally, Slay added a total of five rebounds, four assists, and three steals.
