Daubin shined as both a hitter and pitcher while at the PacWest AQ Pod Series, collecting hits in each of the final three games of the series while also turning in a quality start during game three (earned no decision). Over the four games, Daubin was a combined 5-for-12 (.417) with four runs, four RBI, two home runs and a double, while his final pitching line saw him last six innings while allowing two earned runs on six hits with three strikeouts. Daubin's third and fourth homers of the season came in game three after he moved from the mound into the designated hitter spot, ending the game 2-for-2 with the two dingers. He ended the year tied for the team lead in big flies along with Ty Conrad (4).
