Sophomore outfielder Jonathan Robbins, an offensive spark-plug for Academy of Art all season, has really started to heat up here at the end of April and into May. In the first half of the Urban Knights' trip to Hawaii (Apr. 30-May 1), Robbins went 6-for-12 (.500) against Hawaii Pacific. The sophomore added three runs scored, two steals, one double, and one walk in the rain-shortened three-game series. Robbins also posted a .583 slugging percentage and a .538 on-base rate. Currently sporting the third-best batting average on AAU (.311), Robbins now finds himself riding a season-high eight-game hitting streak.
