Senior pitcher Gonzo Rios played a pivotal role in the Urban Knights 5-4 extra inning walk off win over No. 17 Point Loma on March 2. Rios came on in the seventh with ART U down 4-2 and proceeded to retire the next eight batters in order including striking out the side in the top of the ninth and stranding three runners on a strikeout looking in the 10th. Rios ended with four innings pitched, two hits, no runs, and six strikeouts to collect his team leading third win of the season.
