In an intense 10-game week for Academy of Art University, sophomore pitcher Sierrah Garcia (10-4) turned in numerous top performances both on the mound and at the plate. The right-hander threw complete games in all four of the Urban Knights' victories to finish the week with a 2.79 ERA and 29 strikeouts in total. Offensively, Garcia began a Hawaii roadtrip with a six-game hitting streak and scored what turned out to be the winning run in Academy of Art's 5-4 victory over Chaminade on Mar. 13 at the beginning of the trip. She wrapped up the week with one double, two runs scored, two runs batted in, and three walks.
