Marion Presigny showed her versatility at the University of Washington Invitational this past weekend, finishing fifth of 26 in the pentathlon for a NCAA provisional qualifier.

Opening with the 60m hurdles, Presigny posted an 8.95 to take seventh. The Albertville, France native then shared fourth overall with teammate Hannah Hensley and others in the high jump, going 5-4.5 (1.64m). After finishing in the middle of the pack in the shot put, Presigny claimed fifth in the long jump with a distance of 18-1 (5.52m).

In the final event, the 800m, the Presigny took 12th (2:26.45) and, at the conclusion of the day, the Fashion Journalism major captured fifth place with a total of 3625 for the provisional mark. She is currently seventh in the country in the indoor pentathlon.
