The O'Fallon, Mo. native had highlights both days in Seattle for the University of Washington Invitational, beginning with his role in the men's Distance Medley Relay on Jan. 27. Wright helped the team produce a time of 10:02.75 which now serves as ART U's second NCAA DII provisional mark of the season and one that is eighth overall in the country currently. The mark was third in program history as well.

Day two saw Wright handle every challenge thrown his way in the 60m hurdles. Initially having to qualify for the prelims, he placed second of 20 competitors with a time of 8.42. Wright then dropped down to an 8.34 for seventh among 19 in the prelims. His third and final time competing on Saturday saw him go 8.32 for seventh once more. The time was just 0.01 above his career-best achieved at the Towson Tiger Invitational on Jan. 14.
