Junior guard Rodericka Ware served as the Urban Knights' leading scorer in a 2-1 week highlighted by wins over Humboldt State and Cal State East Bay in CSUEB's Thanksgiving Shootout this past weekend. The Central Arizona College transfer averaged 11.3 points, 3.3 assists, and 2.3 steals per game.

In ART U's first home game of the year hosting Simon Fraser on Nov. 23, Ware scored nine points and added four steals then stuffed the stat sheet in her team's 73-62 victory over HSU on Nov. 26 with six points, five assists, four rebounds, and three steals. Finally, the Multimedia Communications major erupted for nine points in a one-minute span in the third quarter of a Nov. 27 win against tournament host Cal State East Bay. She would go on to deliver a game-high 19 points including a 4-for-7 performance from long range.

On the season, she now ranks 11th in the PacWest Conference at 13.7 points per game and fourth in steals per game (2.3).
