Junior Sterling Hawkins was named PacWest Women's Golfer of the Week after becoming the individual champion at the Dixie State Invitational.
 
Hawkins led the pack of 72 players, shooting an even 72 in the first round. On the final day, the San Jose, Calif. native posted a career-low 69 (-3) to take home the individual title and outpaced the field by three strokes (141 overall).
 
Hawkins was also named PacWest Women’s Golfer of the Week for the week of October 6. This was her third-career, conference weekly-honor.
