Graduate student Joshua Thorson was once again the Urban Knights' leader in the SF State Invitational on Oct. 7 at Golden Gate Park.

In a meet that featured nine other West Region teams, he placed 1st overall to help ART U take the team title. The Plymouth, Minn. native crossed the line with a time of 24:50.6 and was a full 12 seconds ahead of the second place finisher. He has now finished fourth or higher in each of the past three races he has contested.
