Keanna Moody made the most of her time in New York, delivering an impressive set of times in both the 400m and 4x400m relay at Friday's Great Dane Classic and Saturday's Ramapo College Indoor Select inside the New Balance Track & Field Center at The Armory. At Great Dane, the sophomore joined Mistic Scott, Dierra Haven, and Dominique Berry in the 4x400m relay and hit a new season best 3:53.89 en route to eighth of 29 teams. Continuing to run strong in the individual 400m dash, Moody finished 14th overall in the 48-person field with a time of 57.67.

The following day, Moody went back to work with her same three teammates in the 4x4 and helped ART U open up a big lead early. After the first leg, the Urban Knights held a 35m advantage and would go on to win questioned by nearly five full seconds with a time of 3:52.51. That NCAA Nationals provisional qualifier put ART U on top of 21 other schools including New Haven and Wheaton. Watch here!

Then, in the 400m, Moody continued to excel this season, turning in a 56.95 (converted from 56.20) which keeps her approaching an NCAA Nationals automatic qualifier as she is now fourth in the country. She was first out of 40 runners in the event. Watch here!
