Senior Dinesha Bean showed she can lead by example this past Saturday at the Adams State Early Grizzly Open held inside ASU's High Altitude Training Center. Bean sercured two NCAA provisional qualifying times, going 8.44 in the 60m hurdles and adding a 25.20 mark in the 200m dash which was first in a field of 15.
Additionally, she joined three of her teammates, Mistic Scott, Dierra Haven, and Keanna Moody, in a 4x400m relay which the Urban Knights won at 4:01.06.
"Dinesha Bean was one of the highlights for the women [on Saturday]," Coach Ryan said. "Bean punched her ticket to NCAA's in the 60mH and was not far off her lifetime best."
