In her final regular season meet, Cal State Stanislaus' Twilight Qualifier, senior Vashti Thomas continued her dominance in the 100m hurdles with a new stadium record at Al Brenda Track.

Finishing her stretch of 100mH in a remarkable 12.74, Thomas dropped the new mark by more than 20 tenths of a second. The time, which beat out the previous stadium low of 12.95 set by Shermaine Williams of Johnson C. Smith, earned Thomas 1st place of seven overall. It was her third-lowest time of the season.
