Another stellar week for Amal Ben El Hadj featured a successful three-game homestand culminating in her Senior Day sendoff. The Tunis, Tunisia native won all three of her singles matches in straight sets while surrendering just a single game in two doubles wins with her partner Michelle Dandik Zaale.
Ben El Hadj, who this week became the program's all-time singles victory leader with 40, earned a pair of 6-0, 6-0 singles wins against her opponents from Dixie State and Dominican before winning her matchup with #46 Sonoma State's #3 singles 6-2, 6-3.
In an unforgettable career that still has a Hawaii chapter left to be written, Ben El Hadj has put together three straight years with double-digit singles win totals, winning 14 her sophomore year and 10 last season before her 16 wins this year.
