Alex Carmon had a stellar week for the Urban Knights in the first two games of ART U's three-game road trip, averaging 20.5 points and 8.5 rebounds over the two games as they Knights went 1-1. Carmon recorded his second career double-double by dropping 13 points in the last five minutes of the Urban Knights matchup with California Baptist. He ended the game with 22 points and 10 rebounds, marking the fifth time this year that the redshirt freshman has surpassed 20 points and the third time that he's pulled down 10 boards.

Over the past two games, Carmon increased his scoring output by almost a full point, and now sits at 14.2 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game. He has 242 points on the season, which has broken him into the top ten all-time single-season performances for Academy of Art with a hefty chunk of the season still left to play. He is also leading the team in field goal percentage (.464) and free-throw percentage (.780).
