Junior transfer Rodrigo Maza recorded a double-double in his home debut against Cal State East Bay, dropping 14 points and grabbing 10 rebounds against his former school in the Urban Knights first win of the season. Maza had 12 of his 14 points in the second half as the Knights battled back from a first-half deficit to come back and defeat the Pioneers 77-75. 

Maza, a 6'10 forward from Dijon, France, also set a school record with six blocks against East Bay, breaking the record of four that had been had been tallied on five separate occasions since the program's inception in 2008.
