Academy of Art track & field's Katharina Goetschl posted times among the NCAA Division II leaders in multiple events at the Bryan Clay Invitational, setting a new program record along the way.

Goetschl began her week by delivering the fastest 3000m steeplechase performance by an Urban Knight to date with a 10:21.42 on Apr. 11, breaking the ART U record for the third time this year while putting herself sixth in the country as an Outdoor Nationals provisional qualifier. Two days later on Apr. 13, Goetschl ended the Bryan Clay Invite on a strong note, going 4:28.65 in the 1500m to enter the top 30 in the nation while closing in on the third-best mark in Academy of Art history.
